Harbor Pines is Truly Resort Style Living

Last month I wrote about how Harbor Pines is special and unique because it is the only golf course community in the area truly dedicated to providing its residents with resort-style living. This month I want to dive into what it means to live the resort lifestyle and how it is growing.

Living at Harbor Pines is quite an experience. Where else can one say that they live in an Audubon Sanctuary? Think about it, what would it be like to wake up every morning and be greeted by an abundance of wildlife? Your neighbors at Harbor Pines include varieties of birds, deer, hawks, rabbits, owls, turtles and fish that live in a 560 acre natural playground. Where else, except in a preserve, could you find such a setting?

Speaking of neighbors, at Harbor Pines we have the friendliest. It is not by accident that all these great people have gathered in this wonderful place, and you can find them everywhere enjoying this wonderful lifestyle. You can find them at the Resident Sunday Nine and Dine, or you might see them at their Brunch Club. You might find others taking advantage of their resident discount on golf or a group at a resident-only golf clinic. You might even find them at a pot luck dinner or at a resident-only cocktail party up at the clubhouse. Wherever you look, you’ll find them and they are growing in number.

Our community is growing and so is this wonderful concept of the resort lifestyle. We are getting to the point where the growing number of people will enable us to provide even more special programs for our residents.

The resort-style living at Harbor Pines is infectious. You can see it when you drive around the community; there are so many new homes under construction. We can’t build these homes fast enough so that our new friends will get to enjoy all the little extras, outside their home, that come with buying in this community. Harbor Pines is resort-style living at its finest!
